Rich has worked in insurance-related businesses for thirty years, having served in a wide range of capacities, from sales and administration, to leadership and investment.
After working for and serving as Director of Staffing Concepts, Rich founded Mybackoffice, providing payroll and insurance services to small professional firms nationwide. Having retired from Amwins in 2017, Rich now brings his broad insurance industry experience to his work with AgileCap.
